This year we had our annual beach camp

We had it at Wonga Beach

We swam in the pool

Found some tiny sea treasures

Hung out with friends

And had lots of fun!

Can't wait for next year!

Surf lifesaving workshop June 2017

Surf lifesaving workshop June 2017 -  By Tekira age 14

In June we did a surf lifesaving workshop at Yourkeys Knob Beach

We got to wear some stylish stinger suits and caps

They talked to us about what to do in an emergency and how to perform CPR

We had to do some running, which was hard on the wet sand

We practised some rescue drills

But the most fun part was when we got to ride on the 

paddle boards and boogie boards in the waves

It was a really fun and educational day, and luckily no one got too sunburnt!
